I hate highway driving

We're back from vacation, we have been since Friday. That day on the way home from Maine we got into a car accident. The car has $4000 worth of damage and as of this moment I don't know what course of action the insurance company wants to take. It wasn't my fault. It went like this... I was in the passing lane going 70-75 tops and one of the cars to the right of me cut me off (no turn signal). When that happened I turned the wheel a little left (putting us on the grass) and slowed to avoid a collision. I avoided that guy but because the guy behind me couldn't react quick enough he slammed into my car from behind. Technically it wasn't my fault or the guy who hit me, but it should be covered. I'm left to wonder, I doubt I'll find out anytime soon. Oh, and today's my birthday. I've gotta go pick up my friend Eddie. Until next time... --------
