So much for the house idea..

We've decided to get a bigger apartment because the house thing isn't happening at this point in our lives. This doesn't mean never.. just not yet. The apartment we're officially "applying for" today is in a suburb of Springfield. A nice quiet town is just what we need. Growing up in a crime-filled city, I've learned to appreciate the value of the peace of mind you get from being in a small town. My family is made up of all small town folks, and though it may be a few minutes out of the way.. it's well worth it for us. This entry coming next after the one about the house is funny. We were not approved and I'm not ashamed to say so, because I know that buying a house is a really big thing and we're not ready. I'm sure I'll be updating this more in the coming months, but then again who knows? I've said the same thing in the past and I didn't end up doing it. We'll see. I don't really have much more to say. I just couldn't leave it where I did. Until next time.. --------
