Life is like a roller coaster..

So many ups and so many downs. I went and applied for two jobs today. One said the position had been filled and the second said to call between 6 and 6:30 to find out whether or not I was invited back. At promptly 6:00 pm I called and he looked up my name and said I was not invited back. I was devastated and really upset. I went in the other room to look at the other jobs and the phone rang. The guy called back and said he was looking at the wrong Scott and that my interview actually went great and I was invited back. I just don't know how to feel now. I'm happy, but it's really a guarded happiness feeling. Tomorrow at 11 am I have to be there and I'll be early. The one thing about this job that bothers me is that some sales is involved. I think it will work out ok with my personality. On to other things now. The Yankees are playing their hated rivals the Red Sox today at 7. I'm listening to the pre-game show now and at 7 I'll go in the other room and watch it. I have other things on my mind at the moment, but for just a few hours I'll try to turn my thoughts over to baseball. I'm going to end this now and call my brother. Until tomorrow.. --------
