Nothing new to report..

Well as far as the job situation goes, there's nothing new to report right now. I'm sure something will happen. Besides that.. I've gotten a lot of visits to my site this month. 129 and counting this month, three times my monthly average and more than twice the previous high month. I guess I should thank my daily visitors first.. they know who they are. :) I'm happy if my boring existence can provide a small amount of entertainment for folks for a few minutes of their day. I'm proud of how this blog has evolved over time. It used to just be a place for me to bitch and gripe about things in my marriage. It still would be.. but there isn't anything to complain about. :) I'm very happy in this life, but not very financially stable just yet. Enough about me.. I'll go on about this site. I guess that's still about me, indirectly. I'd love to share links, but I don't know any that aren't already known. I could share the music I'm listening to.. John Mayer's "Victoria" is on now. I don't know why I like this song, but I do. It may be odd of me to say so.. but this guy's got a good voice. My musical tastes range from absurd to the profound. I try not to be too profound though.. I hate when people try to be too profound. They think they're deep and artistic, but I don't think you can try for that sort of thing. It just occurs. That's got to be the most I've ever used that word all at once. Notice I didn't say (type?) it again. Ok, now I'm listening to Pearl Jam's "Crazy Mary". This is a good song, but it's a little weird towards the middle. He keeps saying "Take a bottle drink it down, pass it around.." and it just sounds funny. He can spell, that's for sure. At one point he's going "a little country store with a sign tacked to the side.. said no l-o-i-t-e-r-i-n-g allowed.. underneath that sign always congregated quite a crowd..". Very good song. Enough of the song quotes now.. I'm going to end this now.. until tomorrow.. --------
