Two in one day! No way!

I have a few free moments before leaving for my part time job so I'll write about my little interview session today. I had about an hour's worth of testing to do. There was numeric, alpha, and alphanumeric data entry tests as well as others. They tested my spelling and typing abilities. Apparently I can spell pretty well and type 31 words per minute. I'm not really a speed typist and I could type faster, but with more errors. I got 100% accuracy in those tests. I'll get an e-mail in a week letting me know if I should come back for a second interview. I'm sure I'll be all set, but who knows? Might be some speedy typists coming in after me? I'm pretty confident about everything. Besides that there really isn't much else going on. One of my best friends Brian is going to the Air Force. One of our other friends Corey is already in. Brian says Corey didn't influence him, but they went to the recruiter together and this came up while Corey's on leave. Not that I think it's a bad thing for Brian. Actually I think it will be great for him. My brother likes the Army and Corey likes the Air Force. I don't see why Brian wouldn't like the Air Force. He'll just have to learn to deal with people in his face screaming at him. That's the tough part for most people, but I don't see why. You just sit there and let it bounce right off you. It takes the ability to swallow your pride and ego for a good 6-8 weeks. (6 1/2 for Air Force, 8 for Army) I have a nice little shift at work tonight and it looks like I won't have to quit on short notice. I thought that job at AAA would be a quick thing, but I guess they're going through a long drawn out process. The lady said they were interviewing about 40 people. When I heard that I got a little worried, but I have experience that a lot of these people might not have. Not to mention I'll bet these other idiots will misspell half the words in that test. :) Ok.. I'm going to get ready for work. Until tomorrow... --------
