Ooooh.. Aaaah..

As strange as that looks/sounds it's actually a frequent reaction to fireworks. We had originally thought we'd just walk down to the park alone, but it turned out to be a few of us. Jaime was working with us and his girlfriend Karen came by with her (their) kids and the six of us all took the walk down to the park. Found a nice spot out of the way of all the people sitting on blankets and enjoyed it. It was a larger display than Chicopee usually puts on. They were always pretty small in the past, leaving us to think this year that any little burst of a few fireworks was the "grand finale". It turned out to be much bigger than usual. It's still hot tonight, around 72 at the moment. It was around 80 when we got home tonight around 10:30. It's funny that I'm posting after midnight because it counts as being on the 5th. I'll probably add more later in the day. Until tomorrow.. --------
