Skipped my birthday..

Yesterday was my birthday and I didn't put anything in here. I didn't do anything special for my birthday. I really didn't want to. All I want is a peaceful resolution to this weekend's situation. Initially Deb seemed like she didn't want to go to visit my family in Upstate NY. Thinking I didn't want to go alone I asked Brian. Turns out Brian wants to go, now so does Deb. I think Deb just wants to go because it would be better than staying home. Besides.. in my haste to avoid going alone I offered "You can sleep the whole drive there". I don't really want a sleeping Deb over a talking Brian for 4 1/2 hours while I drive. The thing is going through the mountains in Vermont hurt Deb's ears. I just want to go with Brian if he can go. But then he hasn't called me back, so I don't even know if he's still going. If I tell Deb I want to go with Brian and he can't go.. I'm screwed. All this and I have work today and other things to worry about. I hope it all turns out ok. Until tomorrow.. --------
