Covering all the bases..

Went and applied for two supermarkets out here today. Winn Dixie and Publix. Money is money and I don't care where it comes from. Deb's brother got onto her for a while today about the whole GED subject and I felt bad, but something needs to happen about it. I think if it was her choice she would stay home from now on without a job or the GED. I know she hated working sometimes, but it's a necessity these days. I don't have a problem with Deb's Mom or brother but I don't want to live here forever and I hope Deb doesn't either. The bottom line is that she needs that piece of paper to get a job and she needs to get motivated to go out and get it. I don't think I'm the smartest guy in the world but the GED test doesn't scare me one bit. Enough about that. Oh I never mentioned this to my Mom like I planned, but Florida has the weirdest thing outside: lizards. They just crawl around outside in their natural habitat, but being from up north it seems odd to me. I've heard from people that Puerto Rico has lizards or iguanas running around, but I never thought about Florida having them. That and frogs, they're just walking around everywhere like it's normal. No water or anything nearby, just sitting on a car or in the grass. I feel like I'm in a foreign tropical land now. Anyway.. I'm doing good so far, two days in a row. Woo hoo!
