Call center hell? FWD is down..

Well since my site is Why The Hell and I have mentioned my upcoming job at a call center someone has just found my site through a search for "call center hell". I decided to look at those search results for myself. Most of what these people complain about doesn't apply to my situation, thank goodness. They complain of very low wages (not the case with me) and a lot of incoming call woes. My call center is primarily an outbound call center. I hope they take action to keep morale in the workplace up. I've noticed that is the most common symptom of a poor work environment. It's hard to keep the workers spirits up when there are so many of them to keep track of. They just need to make it fun. :) For a few hours today Free World Dialup has been suffering outages. It was down for a few hours, back up for a few minutes, back down for several minutes, and now it is back up for the moment. I was going to go on about it being down, but it isn't at the moment. :) Until tomorrow.. --------
