Possible work alternatives..

Now I'm not going to assume anything or get my hopes up, but there may be a better job situation out there for me. A girl I sit next to at work might be able to hook me up with a better job. This outbound call center crap is getting to be too much. On top of feeling like no matter what you do it's not right, you have to be a glorified telemarketer all day. It is outbound all day, and you are selling something.. except to current customers. I won't go all into details because if I do it'll be just like getting my hopes up. It's a completely different job, but it pays just as well and has benefits. I'll be able to work a shift that isn't in the middle of the day (like 12-9), and that means I'll have the option to get a second part time job if I want to. Not to mention overtime is available I hear. I'm so excited over the possibility of this. I have a feeling though that when I go to work today she'll say he doesn't have any openings or something. That's just my negativity coming through again. It's this job, it's hard to stay positive while working this job. Until tomorrow.. --------
