When it comes right down to it.. an apartment is the answer..

Today, after waiting a few days for a reply from the apartment community, I decided to take a look in the paper for rental homes. The only option seemed to be this one shady place that wanted some nonrefundable money to even use them to find a rental property. When asked if they guaranteed a place or would return the money if they couldn't get us one, the answer was no. I checked the BBB for them, but found nothing. Aside from the shoddy nature of the business, it also required a high move in cost and we don't have that kind of money at this time. I weighed the options before us. After thinking a little I realized that the apartment idea was the best for us right now. Once I get more time on my job I'll be in a better place to get a house. The apartment community also provides things that a house doesn't. They have an on-site fitness center, as well as what seems to be a solid and safe neighborhood. Maybe I'll exercise more if it's free and where I live? I'll try. Anyway.. I've decided it'd be best for us to go this route and worry about a house later. Until tomorrow.. --------
