More unexpected events..

They're not all unexpected. I knew I'd get rehired at that previous job. Today we stopped in Stop & Shop and before we even got out of the parking lot and into the store a few people told us that two people had just been fired. After that we found out a third had just quit. Needless to say after hanging out talking to Jaime for a few minutes, the hiring manager spotted Deb and hired her on the spot. I think Deb likes the idea of going back to a job she knows very well rather than learning a new one all over. She's happy about it and I'm happy for her. On Monday I have to go down to this new job and get my paperwork done there. I have no problem passing a drug test and a background check. There's nothing there to find. I know this place will give me as many hours as I want and right now I want a lot. Now that I live down the street from Chris again I can help him get his area of my site up. That way it will pretty much be Deb, Scott, Chris, and whoever else (DOT) whythehell.com. I like the idea of having a gateway to the different sites, even if it might detract from the number of people coming to my personal blog. I think I've gained a small but loyal group of readers. Even if they are close friends and family. :) Until tomorrow.. --------
