Sleep? What's that?

Today I worked a double shift. I had a short period of time between getting home and going back to work. I drove in the rain 45 minutes north to my next work site. It was a methadone clinic and despite my worries it was a decent experience. I learned more about the whole process and I saw how it actually provided a good service for addicts. I guess before today I didn't have enough knowledge to think anything about it. I talked to a lot of nice people. Although this sounds closed minded, a lot of people didn't look like heroin addicts. The vast majority did look a little downtrodden, but they seemed to be finding a way to be productive members of society. I have to get ready for another night of work now. I leave quite a bit later but I stay later as well. Until tomorrow.. --------
