Doing some traveling for work..

Tonight I'm traveling about 50 miles east to Worcester, MA. I'm taking the company car of course so gas will not be an issue. I kind of enjoy traveling a little and working in a new place. It is just to fill in for someone so I don't have to do it anymore after tonight. As long as I'm not footing the bill, I don't mind the trip. I don't really speed, especially in a company car. That's just asking for trouble. Yesterday when we found out the sex of the baby I called maybe 10 people, reached 2. Of the 8 that I left messages with, exactly none have bothered to call me back. Oh sure it would be a long distance call, if I didn't have a VoIP company that offers a toll free number! I left my number on each and every one of their answering machines and received no call in return. Not even a congratulations. I'm rethinking the idea of going up to visit the relatives this summer. I don't think they'd call here if I hired someone to go there and dial their phones for them. I always took the high road and called them, thinking of a million excuses for why they don't call us. Not anymore, they have no reason not to call here. Until tomorrow.. --------
