All set for tomorrow..

Figuring I lost my resume the last time we formatted, I set out to write it over. Somehow it turned up on a floppy disk so I edited it and it was ready to go. I was not sure if a cover letter was necessary, so I kind of did a hybrid cover/thank you letter. I think it came out very nicely and I'm going to pick up a little plastic cover for it tomorrow before I go to the interview. I think it's important to make a good impression with this stuff but it doesn't come easily to me. I've worked in retail all my life and never had a true career. This would be a career, not a job. Speaking of jobs, Wally World is not too bad these days. I always have the cart pushing hanging over my head, but I've been given the opportunity to do my intended position for a few days. I just hate the fact that I'm one cart pusher call-out away from being out there the whole day. Heaven forbid one actually quits, it would be my job until they hired a replacement. Being 25 now I like to think I'm at least a little above that type of job. Seeing people I graduated with kills me on the inside. It's bad enough some of them graduated college and I work at Wally World, but cart pushing? That's just salt in the wound. If I get this Comcast job I will feel like I'm headed in the right direction. Until tomorrow.. --------
